Jay A. Siegel, 67, of Poulsbo, WA died on December 15, 2010. He was born on March 28, 1943 in St. Louis, MO to William and Ruth Albrecht Siegel. He graduated from Columbia High School in 1961.

On April 3, 1964 in Twentynine Palms, CA Jay married Elizabeth Curtis. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from August 1961 to January, 1982, before retiring as a Master Sgt. He worked as a computer technician for 15 years. After returning to the Northwest, Jay became an avid fuchsia grower, speaker, and judge. He was the Bomber Class of '61 webmaster until he became too ill to manage the website. His other passion was working with fireworks and doing shows in the Seattle area with EFI. He was a member of the Northwest and Peninsula Fuchsia Societies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Jim and William Siegel and sister, Bertha J. Steed.

He is survived by his wife, Beth, son Sean W.R. Siegel, daughters, Yvette Siegel-King (Norman) and J. Annette Terry (Robert). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A memorial service was held December 26th at Redeemer U.M.C. in Kingston. There was a light luncheon and time of sharing before the memorial service. An online memorial can be viewed at www.poulsbomortuary.com
