William L. "Bill" Louis, WA passed away August 4, 2013, at the age of 65.

Bill was born in Richland, was a lifelong resident and graduated from Columbia High School in 1966.

He spent four years in the Air force and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. During his years of service he was an active member of the Air Force Drill team where he had the opportunity to march in the Macy's Day Parade. Before his discharge from the service he had earned the rank of Sergeant and had received several medals while serving his country. He was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct medal, the National Defense Service medal, the Republic of Vietnam campaign medal and the Air Force Outstanding Unit award.

He retired from Washington Public Power Supply System.

Bill had many interests including his love for hunting, fishing and bowling.

Bill is survived by his three children: Nicole, Matthew and Michelle and his brother Steve ('69).

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Norma Louis.

A memorial service will be held at the Kiwanis building, 6007 Columbia Park Trail at Columbia Park in Kennewick, close to the river Bill loved and enjoyed, on Sunday, August 18th from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Please come and share your stories.
