Fay, 71, passed away July 22, 2014, in Scottsdale, AZ. She was born August 30, 1942, to Dan and Irene Sullivan.

She was predeceased by her parents and a sister Genell Sullivan ('62).

She is survived by her husband, DeVaun Liechty ('60); five sons and their families; sisters Colleen Sullivan Lloyd ('57) and Dana Sullivan Spohr ('71).

Funeral Services will be 10am Thursday, July 31, 2014, at the Mountain Shadows Ward, 6263 N. 82nd St. in Scottsdale, AZ followed by interment at Green Acres Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the LDS Church Mission Fund OR St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
