Lewis, Stephen E. (Age 60) beloved Father, Grandfather,
Brother and Artistic Spirit. He was born April 28, 1940 in
Electric city, WA and returned to the Spirit March 30, 2001.

Stephen graduated from Columbia High School in Richland,
WA and went on to serve as a medic in the U.S. Air Force
from 1959-1963. He graduated from EWU with a BSN in 1972
and continued his education at Sacred heart School of
Anesthesia in Spokane, WA.

Stephen worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
in Richland, WA, Omak, WA, and Moscow, ID, where he owned
Mountain Anesthesia and worked at Gritman Memorial Hospital.

He leaves five sons, Patrick, Andy, Chris, Ryan and Jared
Lewis; three granddaughters, Mackenzie, Makayla and Grace
Lewis; two sisters, Iris Beal and Rae Anders; and one
brother, Wayne Lewis.

Inurnment will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, April 28, 2001
at Greenwood Memorial Terrace, Arlington West in Spokane.
Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be
made to Hospice of Spokane, P. O. Box 2215, Spokane, WA
99210, or Cancer Care Northwest, 601 S. Sherman, Spokane,
WA 99202, in appreciation for their loving care.

A celebration of Stephen’s life will be held at Heritage
Funeral Home, directly across from the cemetery, following
the inurnment.
