Services were conducted in Seattle for Jack Amos, 28, who died, February 7, 1976, after falling on Mt. St. Helen's. His wife, Judy, also died in the accident.

He was born in Portland attended schools in Richland, and graduated from WSU at Pullman. He was a chemical engineer for Weyerhaeuser in Seattle.

Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. "Bud" Amos; sister, Penny Jensen ('61); and brother, Larry ('64).
