Richard Knoeber, 33, of Richland, an attorney for Critchlow & Williams, died December 14, 1982, at home.

He was born in Denver, CO, on June 19, 1949, and had lived in the Tri-Cities since 1956. Richard attended Christ the King Catholic School, Chief Jo Junior High School and graduated from Columbia High School in 1967.

He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, the American Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association.

Survivors include parents, George and Eleanor Knoeber; siblings Martha Knoeber Jensen ('65), Charles Knoeber ('66), and Catherine Knoeber ('70).

Rosary was recited at Einan's Funeral Home. Funeral services were at Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to the Building Fund, c/o Christ the King Catholic Church at 1126 Long Avenue in Richland.
