John Albertowicz, 45, died October 18, 1994, peacefully at his home in Richland. John was born in Richland on August 28, 1949, to Jean and Dr. Ted J. Albertowicz.

He graduated from Columbia High School in 1968, then continued on to St. Martin's College in Olympia where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. John worked as a nuclear operator for Westinghouse for the last nine years.

John's hobbies included camping, scouting where he received his Eagle Scout award, and the collecting of stamps and coins.

John is survived by his loving mother, Jean Albertowicz; sisters, Ann Louise Albertowicz Tabaninski ('63) and Ruth Alice Albertowicz LaBoux ('65); two nephews, Brian and Kevin; and his niece, Mira. John will be missed and remembered by all those who knew him as a gentle, caring person who loved everyone he met.

Recitation of the Rosary was October 20, 1994, at Einan's Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial was held October 21, 1994, at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment followed in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
