Dave Cleppe, 24, died June 4, 1974. He was born in Yakima on January 9, 1950, and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1952.

He graduated from Columbia High School in 1968, and was a student at CBC. He served in the U.S. Marines and was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Cleppe; siblings Joan ('69), Patrick ('72) Lorri ('76), Michael ('78) Lisa ('83) and Nancy ('83); grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jospeh D. Cleppe and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Barber.

Rosary was recited on June 7, 1974, at Einan's Funeral Home. Requiem Mass was celebrated June 8, 1974, in Christ the King Catholic Church with the Rev. Sean McManamon officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
