Kenneth Nielsen, 23, of Farmington, NM died July 30, 1974, in Farmington. He was born in Richland on September 18, 1950, and graduated from Columbia High School in 1968. He graduated from Washington State University in 1972 and received a Masters Degree in Air Pollution Control from WSU in 1973.

Ken had been employed by the KVB Engineering Company in Farmington for the last nine months.

He was a member of the Richland First Baptist Church.

Survivors include parents, Irwin and Joan Nielsen; and brothers, Ronald I. Nielsen ('56), Robert R. Nielsen ('58) and James L. Nielsen ('66wb).

Services were at the Richland First Baptist Church with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
