Robert Fred Culp, age 82, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2003, at Life Care Center of Richland. Robert was born on December 28, 1920, to Fred and Gladys Rahier Culp. Robert lived and attended school in Richland, WA and graduated with the class of 1940. Robert moved to Grandview in 1943 when the Atomic Energy Commission took over Richland. Later Robert moved to Spokane, WA, and several years ago to the Tri-Cities. Robert is survived by one sister, Velma Scott of Prosser, WA; two nieces Connie (Steve) Coale of the Woodlands, TX; and Cheryl Hopkins of Spokane; great-nieces and -nephews Stephanie (Jeremy) Ferrell of Eugene, Oregon; Brent Bowen of Las Angeles, CA; Douglas & Gabriel Rader of Ferndale; Ronelle and Travis Hopkins of Spokane; and great-great nephew Grayson Ferrell of Eugene, OR. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother Donald Culp, 1 nephew Jeff Rader and brother-in-law Wayne Scott. At Robert's request there will be no formal funeral service.
