JOHN JAMES BARNARD ~ Class of 2001
September 16, 1982 - November 25, 2006
John Barnard a loving, loyal son, brother, grandson, cousin, uncle and friend. John "B" was
never seen without his signature smile, a smile that will forever be in his loved ones hearts.
John "B" was always up for a challenge and loved to have a good time. He loved camping, music,
movies, the Columbia River, Green Bay Packers, his dad Bill's barbequed ribs and his mom
Anita's burritos. John especially enjoyed kicking his dad and brother's butts at the board
game Axis and Allies. He had an incredible relationship with his younger brother Matt, and was
a great brother to his sister Melanie and uncle to her children. He loved spending time with
family and friends and never hesitated to tell everyone how much he loved them. He was the
life of the party because of his great sense of humor and generosity. John was very loving and
never hesitated to open his heart, mind and arms to his loved ones. It was a rarity to see John without friends or family.
John came into this world on September 16, 1982 in Richland, WA and left us on Saturday
morning, November 25, 2006. He leaves behind his mother Anita and father William Barnard, his
brother Matthew and sister Melanie, as well as his nephews Sebastian and Freddy and his niece
Arlelle. Maternal Grandparents Simon Salinas of Pasco and Sarah Gomez of Richland, and John
and Patricia Barnard of Coulee Dam, WA John will be missed by his many aunts, uncles and
cousins.
