Rocky was born in Richland on January 2, 1955. He grew up in Richland most of his life. 
He attended Richland High School and received his GED then went into the Army. He worked for 
Hanford High School until retirement.

He is survived by his wife Kathie, sons Michael James Manning, Jerry Dean Manning, 
Jason Barrow, Josh Satton and his sister Amber Hanson and their families, and also 10 grandchildren.

He loved fishing at Bateman Island, loved being at the Oregon Coast and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

He will be missed and we will always love him.

A Memorial will be held Thursday, September 21, 2006, at Einan's, By-Pass Hwy, Richland
