A memorial service was held, August 26, 2008, in St. Francis Catholic Church in Sherwood for Janice Strege Reynolds of Tigard, who died August 21, 2008 at age 57.

Janice was born January 15, 1951, in Richland. She was a teacher for the Sherwood School District. She lived in Sherwood for 15 years, then moved to Tigard in 1998. In 1972, she married David J. Reynolds.

Survivors include her husband; sons, Benjamin and Nicholas; mother, Mary Strege; brothers, Ken Strege and Allen Strege; and two grandchildren.
