Norma Jean Minnick of Eugene died August 29th of heart failure. She was 57. A private service is planned in Richland.

She was born August 11, 1951, in Richland to Charles and Ona Chambers Minnick.

Minnick held an associate’s degree in English literature from Lane Community College. She worked for Children's Services Division for six years in services for abused children.

Survivors include her mother; a son, Corey of Eugene; two grandchildren, and a brother, Chuck ('64)

She was preceeded in death byher father
