Thomas Gregory Reilly, 68, of Riverside, AL died Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Tom was born on September 28, 1943 in Yakima and grew up in Richland.

He graduated from Columbia High School in 1961 and then from the University of Portland with an Economics degree. He then became an officer in the United States Air Force. After his service in the Air Force, he had a long career in the automotive industry.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved being with his family and friends and was truly a kind soul.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lyn; children Sean (Kim) Reilly and Meghan (Charles Hallum "Hal") Trotter; grandchildren, Ethan, Kyle, Sam & Greer; 4 brothers, Lawrence, Kevin, Marcus ('66), and Denis ('68).

Visitation was held February 1, 2012 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Birmingham followed by the funeral. Father Lawrence Reilly officiated.
