Kipp, age 66, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Kadlec Regional Medical Center surrounded by loving family.

Kipp was born February 21, 1946, in Schenectady, NY, to Frank and Edith Quinlan. She lived in the Tri-Cities for 55 years and graduated from Columbia High School in 1964.

She retired in 2009, after a career of over 30 years in the insurance industry. Her passions were her dogs, family and hanging out with her grandson, Devin.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Edith, and her husband Ted Schmidt.

Surviving Kipp: her son, Jared (Tracey), brother Frank "Mac" ('62) (Barbara), nephew Garrett, niece Amanda, and beloved grandchildren Breann and Jason, and grandson Devin.

A celebration of life will be held at a graveside at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 1401 South Union, Kennewick, Friday, October 26, 2012 at 1pm. Following the services the family asks that you join them at the reception.
