Karen Cline Stamey - recent

Karen was born in Richland on January 2, 1949, to Roy and Glenna Cline and lived most of her life in the Richland area.

She married Craig Stamey and had a daughter, Camelot, while living in California. Karen got great joy from her daughter and grandchildren Syerra and Dillan. Karen's many interests included watching her grandchildren play in various sports, attending church services at Wynwood where she currently lived, traveling and doing crafts. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star for 45 years, serving as secretary of the local chapter for many years. We know that she is enjoying her latest journey where she can sing with the other angels!

Karen passed away May 23, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Her family and friends will miss her generous heart, quick wit, loving spirit, and singing.

Karen is survived by her parents Roy and Glenna Cline, sisters Cathy, Lori and Glenda, brother Tony, daughter Camelot, grandchildren Syerra and Dillan, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and adopted family.

She was predeceased by her husband Craig and sister Peggy ('69).

Memorial services will be held June 10 at Desert Rose Retirement Center, 510 - 14th street, Benton City at 1pm, followed by celebration of life. Not a catered event, please bring a dish to share.
