Al wanted to go out quietly. He didn't want a service so only family was there.

He graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1960, was an ETN (Nuclear Electronics Technician) in the US Navy, and a Viet Nam vet. He retired from United Airlines as station manager in Anchorage, AK. He was interred at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA (Plot: Sec. B Row D site 107).
