Debra passed away peacefully in Walnut Creek, California, on August 15, 2013. She was born July 29, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to AlaJean and Junior Lambert Bates.

She graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1974 and then attended BYU where she met her future husband, Mark Davis. They married for time and all eternity in the LDS Oakland Temple in 1974. Debra had two children, the absolute center of her life, Jennifer and Jordan.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years Mark Davis; her children Jennifer and Jordan (Kaycie); her siblings Steven ('71)(Lisa), Roger ('80)(Sherri), and Holly ('83).

Funeral Services were held on August 22, 2013, at the LDS Chapel, Antioch, CA. The burial took place at the Island Park City Cemetery in Island Park, ID on September 4, 2013.
