Rod, 80, passed away on November 5, 2014. He was born in Wahoo, NE to John W. and Leitha Lorene Schiefelbein Biggerstaff and lived in the Tri-Cities from 1942-1977.

He was a 1953 graduate of Richland's Columbia High School.

Married Helen Cooper on January 22, 1955.

He had a long career in the grocery industry with Campbell Foods and Mayfair Markets.

Preceded in death by his parents and a sister, JoAnn ('54) .

Survived by his wife Helen, son David Biggerstaff, daughter Cherie Tofthagen, 2 grandsons, and his brother Richard Biggerstaff ('58).

He is buried in Blue Mountain Memorial Garden, College Place, WA.
