Mike, 64, of Richland, died October 2, 2014, at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. He was born June 1, 1950, in Salt Lake City and lived in the Tri-Cities for most of his life.

He was predeceased by his parents George and Beth, sisters Susan ('70) and Tamara ('80), and baby brother, Jon Allen.

He is survived by his sister LuAnn ('74), and brother Kelly ('76).
