Carol, 70, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away February 22, 2015. She was born October 9, 1944, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Estella and William Rice.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Heather Humphrey.

She is survived by her husband Gary Forister, her son Brett Humphrey, step daughters Angie Shiroff, Theresa Nickles, and Sarah Midiros; her eight grandchildren: Haley, Abigail, Hannah, Tyler, Olivia, Molly, Matthew, and Kate; and her fuzzy dog, Arnie.

Memorial service was February 26, 2015, at Hosanna Lutheran Church of Liberty, Missouri. A reception followed the service.
