JENNIFER MARIE "JENI" BARRETT WALKER ~ Class of 2001
January 3, 1983 - May 15, 2016

Jeni passed away on May 15, 2016, at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon, from a sudden flair of severe and chronic asthma. She was born in San Diego, California, on January 3, 1983.

After graduating from Richland High School in 2001, she became General Manager of a local restaurant chain for several years.

Jennifer gave birth to two brilliant and beautiful children, Andrew Barrett and Riley Walker.

She was survived by her children: Andrew Barrett and Riley Walker; her parents: Scott and Alison Barrett; and her siblings: Greg and Lisa ('06); and her two dogs, Titan and Collossus.

Jeni had a personality of her own, never desiring to fit the mold. She was a very witty person with a contagious laugh and sarcastic sense of humor that kept family and friends on their toes.

At the young age of 33, Jeni was taken from this earth too soon and will be greatly missed.

A Graveside Celebration of Jeni’s life was held on May 27, 2016, at Sunset Gardens in Richland.
