Tim Smyth ('62) and Debbie stopped by last night on their way
through Colorado for their grand road trip from NY to AZ. It was
great to visit and see how we're now settling into retirement. 
Of course he had to make Janice and me jealous since he's a
grandfather several times over, with more on the way.

Re: Bomber hoops

Just had to comment on the game last Friday night at Art Dawald
gym. One of the most exciting finishes in years. Playing Walla
Walla who had beaten them at the buzzer in Wa-hiville. Both teams
are fighting for top spot in the small 7-team league. Down 11-0
to start, closed to 2 at half, back and forth, technical foul on
the Bomber coach, 9 point lead for WW, then 6 then a 3 pointer
and steal and with 3 seconds to go Dylan Radliff cans a three and
Bombers take a lead and with 3 seconds left and a long shot goes
off the backboard and rim for the Blue Devils. Great game with a
big crowd. 

Re: Reader boards

If you have not been in town recently Richland is being taken
over by flashing reader boards. 2 small ones for the Uptown
shopping center, one working and one not. Police station has one,
CUP church has one, Hapo, and various other places around town.
It is a little annoying and I cannot imagine those being around
in one of our neighborhoods growing up in Richland.
