We want to wish our sister Karen ('55) a very Happy Birthday!! You
are the best sister we could ever have and also the best "Cruise
Director" in the world. Waiting for you to let us know about our
next "Sisters Week" for next year. Thank you for being the cute,
generous, fun loving sister we all can count on for anything we
need. We love you!!!
   Barbara ('50), Patti ('52), Judie & Jackie ('63), and Johnny ('66).

-Patti COLE Pierce ('52) ~ Richland where the trees are in
beautiful colors and falling too fast to keep them raked up!!
There's a nip of late fall/early winter in the air. Love it.

It is, again, time to tip the ol' propeller beanie. This time in
honor of a Bomber Babe of my passing acquaintance from back in the
day. By passing, I meant we passed in the "hallowed halls"; whether
we spoke to each other or not depends on who is telling this
story. Which means, that it is now time for a very hearty "Happy
Birthday!" from one and all for Karen COLE ('55) on this, her 20th
birthday.

-Bob Carlson, aka Mike CLOWES ('54) ~ Mount Angel, OR where the
rain has abated (for the moment).

Re: Gym Floor Plaque by Ernie LANGEVIN ('73)
    http://AlumniSandstorm.com/Xtra/Beh/141030-00.htm

	 From: Theresa LANGEVIN Woehle ('05)

Hey Bombers! My dad, [Ernie LANGEVIN ('73)], made those
awesome wooden plaques Gary [BEHYMER ('64)] posted [on
Facebook] out of the wood floor from the old RHS girls
gym! Each plaque is made out of the original 1944
"Columbia High School" (RHS) gymnasium floor, and
      measures 22.5"x10".

Each plaque is engraved with a poem as if the gym floor
is telling a story of its life, and each has a hanger
on the back so you can display it proudly! He only had
enough wood to make 25 plaques and there are a limited
amount left, so message me if you'd like to purchase
one. $150 each plaque and we can ship them to you if
need be for a little extra. A VERY cool gift for any
Bomber - especially those who played sports in the
girls gym. Christmas is right around the corner!

Re: Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I can see I can see just like a real boy!!!!!!!!!! But I must say,
I had no idea how bad my eyes had become in the last 15 years since
lasik... I must also sat, that I shoulda got bifocals and didn't.
As I have relied on cheaters for up close all this time, my little
pea brain did not fully grasp the need to have up close built into
my new glasses... I shoulda realized, as I had trifocals when I had
the lasik done. Now to get used to wearing glasses on the bridge of
my nose steada on the tip is gonna take a little time. So for alla
Bomber-babes who scolded me bout my eyes after I told on myself...
I was a gooooooooooooooood boy... and can now feel much better
about driving... especially at night... did you know that streets
have little signs that actually tell their names? It's true... no
more guessing... I'm sure the b-day kids today would never let
things get that bad... I mean one of them hasta see that basket
onna backboard so he can put that b-ball inna hoop... so HAPPY
BIRTHDAY, Karen COLE ('55) and Ray STEIN ('64 Number 10 in your
playbook) on your special day, October 30, 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
