Sure hope this makes it in time, what with the impending hard-
drive crash. Those are not fun.

At any rate, this is the day that we celebrate the birth of
one James McKEOWN ('53). The usual rituals will apply. Now,
for some reason totally unfathomable to the both of us, we
knew each other back in the day. Hey, we even "thesped"
together for at least one year. Recently we meet at the
Club 40 Annual Meeting. As "they" say, have a good one.

-Bob Carlson, aka Mike CLOWES ('54) ~ Mount Angel, OR where,
according to the weather guessers, Mother's Day will be
nice, with rain to follow late in the evening and
continue for the next few days after.

Re: Wishing you the best outcome possible

Hi Maren,

Hope this reaches you before your computer 'croaks'.

I have gotten overwhelmed with "LIFE" recently and was just now
catching up with back issues.

Sorry to hear of your upcoming eye surgery and accompanying
complications. You've received loving, caring messages of hope
and I want to add mine. I'll be eager to hear any updates that
you chose to share.

My thoughts are with you and I'm wishing you the best outcome
possible.

Janet in Richland (class of '61)

Re: Computer Problems

Hi Maren, Sorry to hear about your computer. Do you need any
financial assistance to get the one you are looking at?

I would be happy to help out.

Re: fond memories

It's funny... time, space and dimension are no impediment to
the bonds of Richland... after not seeing him since Col-Hi, I
am back in touch with my best friend from Spalding... he has
been in and out of the hospital since his heart surgery a few
weeks ago and now has some sort of infection in his bones!!?...
so prayers for Craig DAVIS ('65) are always a good thing...
Terry DAVIS ('65) has been hitting baseball games with Gary
WEBB ('64) and the Divine Ms. HOFF ('64) for the last few
weeks... idle hands and all that... I was just telling an old
girlfriend from Oklahoma about our little paper... it started
out just checking on her because the news talked about storms
near Norman... we haven't seen each other in several years tho
we used to see each other all the time... I was on the Board of
space Camp and she was the head space cadet in charge... a
PhD and quite famous in Oklahoma for her charter schools and
contributions to education there... as always, I tell people
Richlanders are related and if one of us gets cut, we all
bleed... I'm sure everyone I have ever met has heard these
stories so many times they run when they see me coming... I
know the delinquents know the history of Richland in and out...
musta been really boring when HEIDLEBAUH ('65), Denny JOHNSON
('62wb) and I were all together at one time... which was
often... today I remember a guy I met on SS and became good
buds with over the years... once he and all his old Air Force
buddies were having a reunion from their time in Germany... he
needed authentic German beer with the ceramic tops so I went to
a client and bought all he had... I've known the Bomber-babe
forever and always hope to get a chance to see her when I am
in Richland... one cool thing about our town... there are only
so many places to go so you are bound to see lots of old
friends (that are NOT old of course... it's just a figure of
speech)... HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Pete OVERDAHL ('60-RIP) and Patty de
la BRITONE ('65) on your special day, May 8, 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
