Weather update (but not "Breaking News"): Yes, it rained
(somewhat) on Friday thus breaking a string of 10 or more
days without. According to weather guessers this will be
one of the driest Decembers on record if the amount of rain
doesn't increase dramatically. There will be snow in the
mountains (where it belongs) and probably not in the valley.
The jury is still out on that one.

Regardless of all the weather chit-chat, this is an important
date for a Bomber Babe. By pure happenstance we were in
school at the same time. We even graduated in the same
ceremony if the program is to be believed. What were the
odds of that happening? We finally met at a Club 40 Annual
Meeting, and still didn't know one another. Strange, isn't
it.

That will not prevent me from tipping the ol' propeller
beanie and saying "Happy Birthday!" to Arlene THRESS ('54). I
sure hope she is at least 21, because she wasn't carded when
she ordered a glass of wine at the above mentioned meeting.

the days are dwindling down to Christmas and the end
of the Cinnamon Bear's adventures for the year. Which
were not brought to us back then by Cinnabon.

Re: What more can I say

This kid and I have been through thick and thin and still we
remain as close as brothers. Perhaps that's why our life-long
journey together has had so many ups and downs. Even went
through a few years when we were not on speaking terms. He
adopted my parents when we were very young and as I've always
said: "Mom and Dad liked Terry best". It's not a bad thing,
he was certainly closer to them than I was, but I wasn't much
of a son until their later years. If we've come this far, I'm
pretty sure we'll make it to the "end" I love him and suppose
I always will. I've told alla tales fit to print and maybe
some I shoulda kept to myself...HAPPY BIRTHDAY Terence Paul
Angel DAVIS Knox on your special day, December 16, 2017!!!!!
