Should The Tooter ('65) publish? It would not shock me to
learn that some are offering vast sums for him not to. I
know, he promised "to change the names to protect the
innocent." But, hey, he's a lawyer. Besides, he was just a
young punk back in the day; what did he know.

Off, to something a little more interesting. We are
celebrating a Bomber birthday today. I knew this guy back
then. Don't think we were best buds or anything of the sort.
Don't even think we shared a brewski back then.

Nonetheless, a tip of the ol' propeller beanie and a "Happy
Birthday!" to fellow classmate Don RAY ('54). Hope he didn't
"over party" yesterday with the guys at Bob's.

-Bob Carlson, aka Mike CLOWES ('54) ~ Mount Angel, OR
counting down the days to Wurstfest (Feb 9 and 10 for
those who care). Senior day is on Friday the 9th.

Re: Marsha GOSLIN Brehm ('65) Update

This is very difficult to write at this time, but I wanted
to let all of you Bombers know about Marsha's diagnosis when
we saw her surgeon today for her two week checkup after her
brain surgery.

Her Pathology report came back as stage 4, Glioblastoma, an
aggressive form of cancer. Of course this was hard for both
of us to hear, but Marsha being the fighter she is took it
much better than I would ever think. She's a very positive
person and she remains so even with this diagnosis. She will
begin radiation and chemo treatments next week at the Tri-
Cities cancer Center, the same facility I went to for nine
weeks of radiation treatments last summer. We are truly
blessed to have this wonderful treatment center in our
community.

Thank you all for your support and prayers you sent
throughout her surgery and hospitalization. We both are
truly grateful. We appreciate your continued prayers as
Marsha faces this journey. Thank you from both of us.
