Re: Pan American Airways

Thank you for your entry on Pan Am. My husband is a retired
Captain with Pan Am, and he so enjoyed the "History Guy"
presentation.

	https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0GbkM6n90o

When Gary got our little plane (Icon A-5) he incorporated
the Pan Am clipper side number 314 into our side number.

Thanks again for bringing this episode in history to light.
Pan American played a large part in World War II as well as
other conflicts such as Viet Nam. It was a great airline.

-Karen COLE Correll ('55) ~ Nine Mile Falls, WA where we have
a nice fire in the fireplace, and we are ready to
	watch football.

In regards to Lynn-Marie HATCHER Peashka's ('68) request for
any records from the Isle of Phyve or the Factory...

have you tried to locate other members of those bands? My
other thoughts were in this day of social media, put out a
request thru one of those and hopefully there is someone out
there who can help you. Or, an ad in the newspaper? Hope you
can find one!

Happy 244th Birthday to the US Marine Corps!! Happy Birthday
to all my Marine brothers and sisters!! An even more Happy
Birthday to our Corpsmen who kept us alive. 244 years of
tradition unhampered by progress. We are the most destructive
fighting force known to man. We make it safe for the Army to
sleep at night. We make medicine sick, we move in next door,
your lawn will die. We bad.
