Re: ART can be anything!

Art can be made of anything! it just takes an artist to see it so. WE do see
many things called art by not true artist! people who just see the facade
of an object. A true artist sees the soul of the object. It is those who we
need to recognize. The rest of us, who are not artist can at least enjoy
those works.

I find the sketches by Pete BEAULIEU ('62) to be in the latter category!

Now I am sure so many of you have a few things to say. give us all a tiny
piece of your life, Tell us what's going on in your life. It must be full to
over flowing as you have had so little time here-to-fore to relate any of
it. But now is the time and this is the place to let the world know of your
doing! not so many years ago there were ample examples from many of you.
Your time is running out to do so. as we get fewer day by day.

That being said I shall enclose another of my poems of mediocrity!.

                        My Carousel Mind!

The noise in my head, demands a voice!
Not what I choose, but I have no choice!
The whirling dervish demands to be out!
It controls me, of that there is no doubt!
Whether my thoughts be darkened like forest shadows,
Or bright as sunshine on open meadows,
thoughts that demand to be heard:
erratic as a flight of a bird!
Be it silly or random, or perhaps tenuous,
or flights of fancy, oh so sensuous!
Are these thoughts to be spoken?
or is it a sign I am broken?

HI Ann,

I ran across a picture of Fred holding a baby, taken at the Cole home. It
must have belonged to the twins at one time. How I ended up with it, I don't
know, but I thought you might like to have it. Let me know your home address
and I'll send it to you.

I Hope this finds you well, and looking forward to spring. I am!!

Re: One Man Show - Starts 4/21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiya!

I've written this little show--a series of true stories from my adventures
down in Hollywood, and I'm hoping you'll honor me by attending. Only runs 3
nights: April 21, 22nd and matinee on 23rd. They're pretty good.

My dad was Robley L. Johnson, Photographer (RIP). I have been going through
old boxes that were at the home of my oldest brother, Richard M. Johnson ('55-RIP).

Here is a picture of Kathy O'ROUKE ('61) and my youngest of my 3 older brothers, Bill Johnson ('61-RIP).Both about 2- 2 1/2 yrs old.
