Re: A Dear Friend
I got a phone call today (Sunday [10/5/03]) from a daughter of
Billie Lou Waldrep Golla ('51). Billie passed away on October 3rd
in New Braunfels, TX. She had been ill most of the summer yet her
passing was unexpected. Billie loved being a Bomber; she attended
every reunion the class of 1951 held except for the 50th and her
health wouldn't permit traveling. She was a great friend and will
be missed by many.
