Roger was born in Richland June 21, 1945, and died from a heart attack at home on June 21, 2015. He was a commercial painter.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph Leland Clark and Hattie Welch Clark; and his brother, Harold Clark ('52).

He is survived by three sons and siblings: Daisy Clark Smith ('54) and Bill Clark ('58).
