Gloria was born May 3, 1941, in Lidgerwood, North Dakota, to Gordon and Dorothy Neitzel and passed away on September 12, 2015, in Pasco.

She graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1959 and worked in the pharmacy at Kadlec Hospital.

Gloria married the love of her life, Everett Haugen on November 4, 1961, and traveled with him while he served in the Air Force. They were stationed in Texas, Japan, and Spokane before retiring in 1973 in order to move to Kennewick to manage the family business, the Willows Trailer Court. Together they fully retired in 2008 to be able to travel.

Gloria enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, the ocean, doing crafts, the Tri City Americans, NASCAR, and going to the casino.

Gloria is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years Everett, her parents, and twin brothers Glen ('62) and Gail ('63) Neitzel.

She is survived by her children: Darrell and Cheryl (Dan); her stepsons: David Kist (Bea) and Duane Kist (Cheryl); her pride and joy grandson Dylan; her sister Lavonne Neitzel Rube ('64); 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 more great-grandchildren on the way; and nieces and nephews.

Services were on September 19, 2015, at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick. Celebration of life followed graveside services at the Highland Grange Hall.
